Hmm.. how to say. This pic can attracts someone to look at it at first sight with those soft colors which means it has appeal. Poeple may find this pic cute and so do i. The character and the whole pic looks little common. dreamy fantasy The anatomy of the character really look great too. However, in coloring the background and the character are little mixed but don't undo them. It looks good since there is at least lines to seperate things. The background is also suitable for this kind of character art. There are some traditional artworks which can sometimes beat some of those digital ones. Well this one at least does. Great job.

First off, I want to say what an amazing image this is. I love how you drew the Umbreon, injecting your style into the image to make him/her cute and lovable. The pose is adorable as well.

I see only a few things that could be touched up and make this an even better piece of artwork than it already is.

First off, I suggest that next time you use a ruler to make the edges straight and even. That way, it will look neater and more professional. Next, I feel that the Umbreon needs to stand out more from its background. Right now its fur color is the same exact shade as the night sky, so the attention is not focused on the Umbreon. I suggest that you either make the Umbroen's fur darker, or make the night sky darker. Also, is that Earth I see in the corner? I almost missed it the first time I viewed this picture. Maybe you could make it a little more clear by darkening its outline and coloring?
